The story
Noble makes handcrafted gelato and sorbets in small batches in Ireland — and it's really three businesses at once: people ordering a tub, cafés and shops partnering for stock, and hosts booking it for events. The site had to speak to all three without feeling scattered.
We built a fast, editorial site in Next.js where the flavour menu and journal are managed through a CMS, so Noble can add a new flavour or post without touching code. 'Craft over convenience' runs through the design as much as the product.
